    The next great challenge is coming:

    We are looking for Middle and Senior C++ Rendering Engineers to work on advanced real-time graphics systems with a strong focus on DirectX 12 and modern GPU programming. This role is highly technical and R&D-oriented: you will work close to the metal, focusing on performance, optimization, and robustness of rendering pipelines in AAA/AA environments.

    You will contribute to proprietary engine development and high-performance graphics features, helping push visual quality while delivering measurable improvements in GPU/CPU efficiency.

    Superpowers you have:

    • Strong professional experience with C++ in a production environment
    • Hands-on experience with DirectX 12 (required)
    • Confidence with modern GPU programming concepts and performance-oriented coding
    • Strong understanding of modern rendering: lighting, shadows, post-processing, materials, scene management
    • Proven experience with GPU/CPU optimization and low-level performance constraints
    • Familiarity with graphics debugging/profiling tools (PIX, RenderDoc, Nsight, etc.)
    • Ability to work in large codebases and collaborate effectively with engineering teams
    • Good spoken and written English

    You’re a rockstar if you have:

    • Console graphics development experience (PS5 / Xbox Series)
    • Knowledge of Vulkan and/or Metal
    • Engine-level systems: render graphs, resource management, streaming
    • Temporal techniques (TAA, upscalers, dynamic resolution, etc.)
    • Tools/workflow support for technical artists

    Becoming part of Room 8 Group, you will:

    • Design, implement, and maintain rendering systems using DirectX 12
    • Develop and optimize GPU/CPU performance-critical code for modern hardware
    • Work on rendering features such as lighting, shadows, post-processing, materials, and shading
    • Debug complex rendering issues and ensure visual stability and performance
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to engine-level architectural decisions
    • Use profiling and debugging tooling to identify bottlenecks and drive optimization initiatives

    Join the team of inspiring game dev professionals, and get even more:

    • Competitive financial reward (yes, we are fair enough);
    • Challenges to raise your XPs score working on the projects of the top global game dev publishers;
    • Private medical care, paid time off;
    • A culture of diversity and inclusion to unite the most outstanding talents;
    • Community of people who understand and share your passion for games.
