We are looking for an E-Learning Manager for the Talent management unit to be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving E-Learning processes, courses, and tools at the Group level.
Superpowers you have:
- 3+ years of E-learning experience;
- Experience in the development and implementation of various levels of e-learning training products: from simple electronic micro-courses to full-fledged game simulators for business processes;
- Experience in implementation and development of LMS, automation of talent management processes;
- Proficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline;
- Systematic and analytical thinking;
- Critical and creative thinking, initiativeness and result-orientation;
- Willingness to work in a multitasking environment with a high level of autonomy;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.
You’re a rockstar if you have:
- Experience in IT and game dev;
- Knowledge of web design principles, UI/UX;
- Proficiency in graphic design, video editing, e-learning development software, courses;
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma;
- Project management skills.

- Design e-learning programs and courses aimed at the development of hard and soft skills;
- Provide gamification of talent management processes and training products;
- Develop electronic solutions for maintaining and managing the exchange of knowledge and experience;
- Assist in the automation of talent management processes and integration with other electronic systems;
- Assist in the development of metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of e-learning solutions;
- Manage E-Learning processes, courses, and tools;
- Place and systematize educational content, form groups, and schedules for training, assignment of courses and tests;
- Generate reports based on the results of learning;
- Manage external e-learning educational resources (MOOC platforms);
- Develop own courses based on business needs, interests, strengths, and expertise.
