We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage the ERP Implementation project.
You will be responsible for providing the full-cycle management for ERP Implementation Projects – from identifying the business idea to successful change implementation.
Superpowers you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study;
- 4+ years of experience in project management;
- Experience in ERP implementation;
- Knowledge and strong skills in project management methodology;
- Knowledge and skills in change management methodology;
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills;
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
- Skills in people engagement in the project;
- Conflict management skills;
- Ability to work on tight deadlines;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English;
You’re a rockstar if you have:
- Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as Jira, Confluence, and Google Docs;
- PMP or another certification in Project Management;
- ACMP or another certification in Change Management.
Becoming part of Room 8 Group, you will:
- Organize and manage the business idea assessment and project initiation;
- Define project goals and KPIs, requirements, and deliverables;
- Together with the key stakeholders, define the target stage and the changes that should be implemented before or during the project and create an effective change management strategy and plan;
- Define project scope and required resources for project execution (team, knowledge and skills, IT solution, budget);
- Drow up and manage the project plan, schedule, and project budget;
- Together with key stakeholders, define the project risks and create an effective risk management plan;
- Manage and monitor the project execution and the change management plan implementation during the project;
- Manage risks, anticipate problems before they arise, and work with stakeholders to develop and implement mitigation actions;
- Address to the top management/Project Steering Committee project changes and key problems;
- Manage, monitor, and motivate the project team; manage stakeholder engagement;
- Prepare all necessary project documentation and manage the preparation of all technical documentation;
- Prepare actual project status reports for stakeholders and steering committee, organize and facilitate all meetings during the project;
- Prepare the project closing documentation and report.
