Room 8 Group is looking for an experienced Head of HR Operations to improve and lead the programs, policies, and activities of the HR Department, ensuring implementation and continuous improvement of the talent strategy across all Group units.

Superpowers you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in senior HR roles, preferably in global Tech companies;
  • Fluent English;
  • Familiarity with different employment laws;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

You’re a rockstar if you have:

  • SHRM or CIPD professional certifications.

Becoming a part of Room 8 Group, you will:

  • Design and review company policies and People-related procedures;
  • Manage and continually improve HR operations processes across the whole of the specialist lifecycle and oversee annual processes such as pay reviews;
  • Oversee the delivery of timely, effective, and high-quality service across the shared service operation;
  • Consult on, plan and design organizational structures that align with the effective delivery of activities in support of the organization’s strategy;
  • Monitor and ensure the organization’s compliance with  local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; 
  • Review and modify policies and practices to maintain compliance;
  • Ensure our record-keeping and data processing procedures comply with GDPR requirements;
  • Set up HR administrative processes in new locations where the company operates;
  • Address specialists’ queries on issues related to compensation and labor regulations and all other relevant topics;
  • Supervise and improve specialist onboarding and offboarding processes;
  • Manage specialist benefits, including vendor relationships and enrolment;
  • Oversee our payroll system in different locations all over the world;
  • Oversee global immigration, including international work permits, and prepare all needed documents for relocation;
  • Be accountable for HR system data integrity, reporting, and management;
  • Oversee the development of reports from HR systems involving specialist data;
  • Serve as the project leader for all new projects involving HR data, system changes, and implementation of new software;
  • Review and update our employment contracts and agreements;
  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for all security audits and other company audits;
  • Build and develop close working relationships with key stakeholders/leadership teams;
  • Provide proactive management of all stakeholders, especially the expectations of senior leaders and management;
  • Work with the HR Director to inform during the budget-setting process.
