We are looking for a Project Manager in the Project Office team to manage the projects of the new corporate IT system implementation (Office 365, Miro, Slack, Task and Project Management system, etc.).

Superpowers you have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study;
  • 3+ years of experience in project management;
  • Experience in MS 365 implementation or migration;
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills;
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other project management tools such as Jira and Confluence;
  • Knowledge of and strong skills in project management methodology;
  • Knowledge of and skills in change management;
  • Skills of people engagement into the project and conflict management;
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines;
  • Upper-intermediate level of English.

You’re a rockstar if you have:

  • Experience working in Google Documents;
  • Experience in IT system implementation (Slack, MS Teams, Zoom, etc.);
  • PMP, CCMP certification.

Becoming part of Room 8 Group, you will:

  • Provide full-cycle management of new IT system implementation, from identifying the business requirements to successful change implementation;
  • Organize and manage the business requirements assessment and project initiation;
  • Define project goals and majors, requirements and deliverables;
  • Together with the key stakeholders, define the target stage and the changes that should be implemented before or during the project and create effective change management strategy and plan;
  • Define project scope and required resources for project execution (team, knowledge and skills, IT-solution, budget);
  • Together with key stakeholders, define the project risks and create an effective risk management plan;
  • Manage risks, anticipate problems before they arise, and work with stakeholders to develop and implement mitigation actions;
  • Address to the TOP management/Project Steering Committee project changes and key problems; 
  • Manage, monitor and motivate the project team;
  • Define stakeholders and manage stakeholder engagement;
  • Prepare all necessary project documentation and manage the creation and updates of all technical documentation;
  • Prepare actual project status reports for stakeholders and the Steering Committee, organize and facilitate all meetings during the project; 
  • Prepare the project closing documentation and report.
