We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Team Lead who has a passion for training and developing teammates across the globe.

Superpowers you have:

  • Highly successful and demonstrable sales training or consulting experience, with specific experience of at least one of the core sales methodologies.
  • Proven track record of navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Previous experience of working either in a Technology or Consulting environment or demonstrable experience of moving sales populations from transactional to consultative sales behaviors.
  • Proficient in advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills and an outgoing, engaging personality.
  • Fluent English.
  • Accreditations in Sales would be an advantage.
  • Proven experience and deep knowledge in the Game industry.

Becoming a part of the Room 8 Group team, you will:

  • Recruit and develop the Global Sales Enablement team;
  • Establish metrics and objectives for sales enablement and make recommendations for increasing sales productivity;
  • Develop sales playbooks, templates, presentations, battlecards, and other job aides based on seller feedback and shifting market demands;
  • Design, deploy and drive consistent onboarding processes for all new sales team members;
  • Develop and manage a 1-year+ Sales Enablement roadmap;
  • Supports the buying and selling processes at all stages, from lead generation through win/loss;
  • Develop scalable ways to introduce new content and update existing sales materials;
  • Design and deliver a broad range of sales training programs designed to reduce ramp time and increase performance to sales quotas;
  • Conduct knowledge assessments and learning surveys;
  • Evaluate sales enablement technology and lead roll out to improve sales efficiencies and effectiveness;
  • Become an expert in R 8 G service lines, their go-to-market, industry, and evolving buyer journeys;
  • Regularly spend time in the field with salespersons to understand the “field reality” and build sales enablement deliverables to meet their needs;
