We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to expand our team within the Finance Department, bring new ideas and expertise, and help grow the business.

Superpowers you have: 

  • 2+ years of related experience in financial planning and analysis;
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills;
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field;
  • Being an excellent user of Excel (VBA) and Google Sheets (Scripts) will be an advantage;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Keen attention to detail, an ability to deliver high-quality, timely, and accurate work results;
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and handle a variety of projects;
  • Experience in capital budgeting and project management;
  • Fluent verbal and written English is a must.

  • Interact with project managers on revenue recognition issues;
  • Calculate the efficiency (marginality) of the projects of the structural unit;
  • Do an in-depth analysis of financial results and operational efficiency of the structural unit at the level of critical operating and financial drivers;
  • Analyze financial statements of the structural unit (financial condition, financial results, and cash flows);
  • Analyze deviations of actual results from the budget and forecast. Identify factors (causes) of variations and take part in the preparation of an analytical commentary for the management;
  • Engage in financial planning and forecasting.

  • Relevant certifications, e.g., CFA, ACCA;
  • Understanding of the game development process.
