We are looking for a manager who has wide experience working with Annual Compensation & Benefits plans. Also it is required to have experience in designing and implementing the bonus systems, compensation packages and ways to motivate specialists.

Superpowers you have are: 

  • 3+ years of experience with global total rewards processes;
  • Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices;
  • Good understanding of full cycle hiring process;
  • Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

You’re a rockstar if you have:

  • Hands-on experience with HRMS;
  • Hands-on experience in quantitative and qualitative research;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English. 

Becoming a part of the Room 8 Group team you will:

  • Design Annual Compensation & Benefits plans, as well as regulation documents aligned with the company’s strategy;
  • Monitor and evaluate the suitable company’s benefits programs;
  • Assess the market trends, сonduct reward and labor market research;
  • Execute periodic and ad-hoc reporting regarding compensation and benefits benchmarks;
  • Ensure all compensation practices comply with current legislation (e.g. human rights, pay, equity etc.);
  • Liaising and partnering with market vendors for renewals, benefit queries and specialists issue resolution. Control of payments and financial documents preparation;
  • Complete data requirements gathering, file validation/submission and testing processes for compensation tools and benefits vendors;
  • Use various methods and techniques and make data-driven decisions on supporting short term incentive programs and payout;
  • Design and implement the bonus systems, compensation packages and ways to motivate specialists according to Organizational units needs;
  • Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports on request.
