2025 was a year of progress across many parts of Room 8 Group—some visible in the projects we supported, and some built into the way we work every day. Our Sustainability Impact Report 2025 looks at that second layer: the systems, initiatives, and commitments that help us grow responsibly as a global company.
Inside the report, we cover progress across environmental accountability, people and workplace, governance and ethics, and community impact—including wellbeing and mental health support, leadership development, DEI, responsible AI governance, environmental disclosure, charity partnerships, and educational initiatives.
In 2025, across 164 active projects, 133 partners, 1,100+ specialists, and 40 countries represented, this work was part of how we continued to create long-term value for our people, partners, and communities.
