Superpowers you have:
- Proven experience in game production, project management, or similar roles;
- Strong understanding of the full game development lifecycle, from concept to release;
- Expertise in managing product backlogs, deliverables, and milestones;
- Excellent leadership, mentorship, and team coordination skills for cross-functional, global teams;
- Solid stakeholder management and client communication experience, including reporting and milestone tracking;
- Budget planning, resource allocation, and optimization skills;
- Familiarity with Agile and traditional production methodologies, with ability to adapt to project needs;
- Risk management and change management capabilities.

- Experience working across multiple business units or service lines;
- Proven success in process optimization, workflow improvement, and productivity enhancements;
- Hands-on experience with dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools to track project health;
- Ability to proactively identify scope changes and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
