- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate strategy, corporate development, sales, or business development, with at least 6–12 months specifically in the gaming industry or related IT sector.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and influence stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of technical platforms, business models, and industry trends, particularly in Gaming, Streaming, or Game Engines (e.g., Unreal Engine or Unity).
- Proven track record in account management, including the ability to oversee performance metrics and drive growth across multiple accounts or portfolios.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage priorities and multiple concurrent projects efficiently.
- Collaborative mindset with experience building strong relationships across client teams and internal production departments to ensure alignment and delivery.
- Genuine passion for the gaming industry, with an informed perspective on current and emerging trends.
