We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Sales/Chief Revenue Officer to lead all revenue-generating functions across our global game development business.
As a key member of the executive team, you will define and execute the company’s growth strategy, drive new business opportunities, and strengthen long-term client partnerships with leading publishers and game development studios worldwide.
This role requires a deep understanding of the gaming industry’s external development ecosystem and a proven track record in scaling sales in a fast-moving, service-driven environment.
Superpowers you have:
- 10+ years of experience in business development roles within the video game industry, preferably in external development;
- Deep understanding of the co-development landscape;
- Team management experience, including cross-cultural teams;
- Strong understanding of game production pipelines, publishers’ needs, and outsourcing models;
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain C-level relationships with top publishers and developers;
- Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and leadership skills;
- Experience managing P&L, forecasting, and performance metrics for complex, multi-region operations.

- Work closely with the CEO, CFO, and Production leadership to align commercial goals and optimize pricing and service offerings to maximize profitability;
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and market presence;
- Develop and mentor Business Development talent across regional teams.
