    Chief Revenue Officer

    The next great challenge is coming:

    We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Sales/Chief Revenue Officer to lead all revenue-generating functions across our global game development business.
    As a key member of the executive team, you will define and execute the company’s growth strategy, drive new business opportunities, and strengthen long-term client partnerships with leading publishers and game development studios worldwide.
    This role requires a deep understanding of the gaming industry’s external development ecosystem and a proven track record in scaling sales in a fast-moving, service-driven environment.

    Superpowers you have:

    • 10+ years of experience in business development roles within the video game industry, preferably in external development;
    • Deep understanding of the co-development landscape;
    • Team management experience, including cross-cultural teams;
    • Strong understanding of game production pipelines, publishers’ needs, and outsourcing models;
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain C-level relationships with top publishers and developers;
    • Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and leadership skills;
    • Experience managing P&L, forecasting, and performance metrics for complex, multi-region operations.

    • Develop and execute the company’s global revenue strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities;
    • Lead and coordinate sales and marketing teams to deliver consistent growth and strong client relationships;
    • Build and manage a predictable revenue pipeline, including both new business and existing accounts expansion;
    • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, co-development, and publishing collaborations that drive long-term value;
    • Analyze performance metrics and forecast revenues;
    • Work closely with the CEO, CFO, and Production leadership to align commercial goals and optimize pricing and service offerings to maximize profitability;
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and market presence;
    • Develop and mentor Business Development talent across regional teams.
