    Outsource Talent Sourcer

    We are seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently sourcing highly qualified specialists based on an established recruitment plan. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced, innovative environment where hard work is balanced with a fun, dynamic atmosphere.

    Superpowers you have:

    • 6+ months of experience in recruitment in the Gamedev/IT industry;
    • Experience in sourcing and filling art and engineering positions;
    • Proven success as a sourcer, using creative and traditional sourcing methods;
    • Experience with ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and specialized platforms;
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs);
    • Strong motivation, quick learning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively;
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and collaborative mindset to work in dynamic, creative environments;
    • Intermediate+ English level (written and spoken) for seamless collaboration and documentation.

    You’re a rockstar if you have:

    • Understanding of the global gaming industry market, including key players, trends, and talent distribution;
    • Strong analytical skills to assess talent trends, market data, and recruitment metrics.

    • Search for and build relationships with freelance artists and outsource partners worldwide. 
    • Lead negotiations regarding rates, timelines, and scope of work with external vendors. 
    • Maintain and regularly update the vendor/freelancer database, including availability, specialization, and rates. 
    • Research the gaming market to anticipate hiring opportunities and talent availability.
    • Stay updated on industry trends to enhance sourcing effectiveness.
    • Provide timely reports and visibility into outsourcing status for internal stakeholders.
