We are seeking a Junior People Experience/Onboarding Specialist to join our Global People Operations team. This role involves integrating new talent, conducting orientation sessions, and providing support for a smooth transition. Superpowers you have:
- Minimum secondary education (higher education, preferably in human resources management, legal, management, philology, psychology or a related field).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proven experience in handling and organizing documentation with accuracy and care
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies or errors
- Ability to work in a team and communicate with different categories of specialists.
- Creative approach to tasks, initiative, and proactivity.
- Developed sensitivity and ability to solve challenging cases.
- Optimism and a sincere desire to learn constantly.
- Proficient in English (upper-intermediate written and spoken).

Becoming part of Room 8 Group, you will:
- Review the new hires’ provided paperwork and documentation, ensuring it is actual
- Prepare the B2B Service agreements and facilitate signing
- Organizing and coordinating the onboarding process for new specialists.
- Developing and improving the onboarding program for different categories of specialists.
- Preparing and updating materials for newcomers, including instructions, adaptation tasks, handbooks, and training materials.
- Providing individual support to new specialists during their probationary period.
- Organizing and moderating feedback sessions with new specialists and their managers.
- Collaborating with the People Operations department and other teams to ensure the successful onboarding of new specialists.
- Assessing the effectiveness of the onboarding process and making necessary changes/updates.
- Maintaining internal team documentation, writing reports, and compiling analytical reports.
