    Junior People Experience/Onboarding Specialist

    We are seeking a Junior People Experience/Onboarding Specialist to join our Global People Operations team. This role involves integrating new talent, conducting orientation sessions, and providing support for a smooth transition. Ideal candidates are those starting their HR career or those with relevant experience looking to grow in an international IT company. If you have the right skills but lack experience, we encourage you to apply. 

    Superpowers you have:

    • Minimum secondary education (higher education, preferably in human resources management, legal, management, philology, psychology or a related field).  
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.  
    • Proven experience in handling and organizing documentation with accuracy and care  
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies or errors  
    • Ability to work in a team and communicate with different categories of specialists.  
    • Creative approach to tasks, initiative, and proactivity.  
    • Developed sensitivity and ability to solve challenging cases.  
    • Optimism and a sincere desire to learn constantly.  
    • Proficient in English (upper-intermediate written and spoken). 

    You’re a rockstar if you have:

    • Knowledge of onboarding practices.  
    • Work experience in IT companies.  
    • Proficiency in working with digital and paper-based documentation systems  
    • Work in a multicultural environment. 

    Becoming part of Room 8 Group, you will:

    • Review the new hires’ provided paperwork and documentation, ensuring it is actual  
    • Prepare the B2B Service agreements and facilitate signing  
    • Organizing and coordinating the onboarding process for new specialists.  
    • Developing and improving the onboarding program for different categories of specialists.  
    • Preparing and updating materials for newcomers, including instructions, adaptation tasks, handbooks, and training materials.  
    • Providing individual support to new specialists during their probationary period.  
    • Organizing and moderating feedback sessions with new specialists and their managers.  
    • Collaborating with the People Operations department and other teams to ensure the successful onboarding of new specialists.  
    • Assessing the effectiveness of the onboarding process and making necessary changes/updates.  
    • Maintaining internal team documentation, writing reports, and compiling analytical reports.
