This individual will be the primary client contact for QA, ensuring strong communication, providing regular updates and advocating for quality.
Superpowers you have:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the game development industry;
- Proven experience managing QA processes for AAA game titles across multiple platforms;
- Strong understanding of various testing methodologies, including functional, performance, compatibility, and regression testing;
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence;

- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on QA progress, findings, and resolutions;
- Champion a quality-first mindset across the organization, promoting best practices and continuous improvement;
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in QA methodologies to keep the company at the forefront of quality assurance.
