    We are looking for a motivated Junior System Administrator (Help Desk) to join our IT department. This role is a great opportunity to grow your technical expertise while supporting our team with system administration, workplace setup, and day-to-day troubleshooting tasks.

    Superpowers you have:

    • Network troubleshooting;
    • VPN configuration and problem resolution;
    • Hardware replacement and installation;
    • Hardware diagnostics and repair;
    • Operating system setup (Windows / macOS);
    • PC preparation for new specialists (workplace setup);
    • Remote support (Windows & macOS);
    • Software installation and troubleshooting.

    You’re a rockstar if you have:

    • Active Directory: user creation and access management;
    • Perforce setup and troubleshooting.

    Becoming part of Room 8 Group, you will:

    • Set up full workplaces for new employees;
    • Assemble and configure PCs;
    • Analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently;
    • Assess support requests and provide effective solutions;
    • Deliver both remote and on-site technical assistance;
    • Manage and resolve requests via Jira and Slack;
    • Troubleshoot network and VPN issues.
