We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and support initiatives related to business process improvement, reporting automation, and performance tracking through well-defined KPIs and metrics.
Superpowers you have:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology management, or related field;

2.5 + years of experience in a Business Analyst role;

Proven experience in reporting and dashboard implementation in Power BI or other BI tools;

Strong understanding of reporting structures and performance metrics;

Experience in documenting requirements for both reporting and process automation;

Familiarity with process automation concepts;

Analytical mindset and ability to work with large data sets;

Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;

Strong collaborative and communicative skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels;

Results-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes;

Innovative thinking to recommend and implement creative solutions for reporting and process improvement;
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (both written and spoken) for effective communication, collaboration, and reporting across global teams.
You’re a rockstar if you have:
- Master’s degree or certifications in Process Management or Reporting management or Business analysis;
- Experience with ERP, CRM, HRM systems implementation.

- Design and maintain business KPIs, process KPIs and operational metrics;
- Gather and formalize business requirements for KPIs, reports and dashboards;
- Analyze data and identify trends to support process optimization;
- Collaborate with Power BI developers and cross-functional teams to deliver analytical solutions;
- Document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications;
- Manage the business requirement approval process;
- Manage process of reports testing and data accuracy validation;
- Manage stakeholders’ expectations through effective collaboration and communication;
- Develop a clear implementation plan for dashboards with business and process KPIs;
- Drive dashboards implementation according to the implementation plan;
- Prepare and regularly share progress of dashboard design and implementation with the engaged stakeholders.
