• A Master's degree in a relevant field such as Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in a leadership role within the nonprofit sector, management of charitable initiatives, fundraising, and community engagement;
• Strong expertise in fundraising strategies, including partnerships, crowdfunding, and leveraging charitable events
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with local communities, industry partners, and other nonprofits, fostering collaborations for charitable projects;
• Proven ability to effectively plan, execute, and manage charitable projects, ensuring alignment with the foundation's goals and efficient utilization of resources;
• A genuine passion for making a positive impact in communities through charitable initiatives;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey the mission of the charity foundation, engage stakeholders and inspire participation.
• Fluent English proficiency;

• Perform financial management of funds allocated to charitable projects, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and compliance with financial regulations.
• Prepare reporting on the impact of charitable initiatives, providing stakeholders with clear insights into the outcomes achieved.
• Collaborate with the company's top management and key stakeholders to foster a culture of charitable giving within the organization.
