We are looking for an experienced Manager of the Room 8 Group Foundation** with a global and general background and passion in the charity and philanthropy spheres.
Superpowers you have:
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in a leadership role within the nonprofit sector, management of charitable initiatives, fundraising, and community engagement;
- Strong expertise in fundraising strategies, including partnerships, crowdfunding, and leveraging charitable events
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with local communities, industry partners, and other nonprofits, fostering collaborations for charitable projects;
- Proven ability to effectively plan, execute, and manage charitable projects, ensuring alignment with the foundation’s goals and efficient utilization of resources;
- A genuine passion for making a positive impact in communities through charitable initiatives;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey the mission of the charity foundation, engage stakeholders and inspire participation.
- Fluent English proficiency;

- Execute effective fundraising strategies, leveraging partnerships, events, and other innovative approaches to generate financial support for charitable initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with nonprofit organizations, fostering collaborations that enhance the impact of the charity foundation.
- Plan and manage charitable projects, ensuring they align with the foundation’s mission, are executed efficiently, and produce measurable positive outcomes.
- Perform financial management of funds allocated to charitable projects, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and compliance with financial regulations.
- Prepare reporting on the impact of charitable initiatives, providing stakeholders with clear insights into the outcomes achieved.
- Collaborate with the company’s top management and key stakeholders to foster a culture of charitable giving within the organization.
