    Senior Graphic Designer

    Room 8 Group is an end-to-end strategic partner in external game development. Working across all platforms, we provide creative and technical expertise across game development, technology, art, trailers, and QA for AAA and AA games.  

    Since 2011, we’ve built creative partnerships with world-leading publishers such as Microsoft, Nintendo, Ubisoft, Sony, Gameloft, Take2, EA, and more. While leveraging our own cutting-edge tools and R&D capabilities, we’ve co-created a multitude of award-winning projects for video game IPs and franchises including Call of Duty, Diablo, Assassin’s Creed, Star Trek, The Walking Dead, Doctor Who, and many more.  

    Through primarily organic growth, we are proudly independent, now home to around 1,100 creatives based in Europe, North America, and South America.

    We’re looking for a seasoned Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced Marketing team. You’ll bring high-level design thinking, exceptional execution, and an ability to shape visual storytelling across multiple platforms. This is a role for someone who thrives in a matrixed environment, juggling multiple stakeholders, tight deadlines, and varying creative challenges—from pitch decks and proposals to social campaigns, brand assets, and product launches. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping how we present our work to the world. 

    Superpowers you have:

    • Around 4-6 years of professional experience in design, ideally within marketing, advertising, or creative agency settings.
    • Proven experience designing high-stakes proposals and pitch decks with clear narrative flow, impact, and polish.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of work across digital, print, branding, and presentation design.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects with varying timelines.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills—able to synthesize feedback, manage expectations, and drive alignment.
    • Advanced proficiency in Figma, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
    • At least an upper-intermediate level of English. 

    You’re a rockstar if you have:

    • Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry. 
    • Motion design skills (Premier Pro, After Effects, etc.).

    • Ensure visual consistency of the company brand, adapting and applying existing brand guidelines while maintaining creative flair.  
    • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously across various timelines and stakeholders.  
    • Bring strategic thinking and a sharp eye for design to every piece—balancing creativity, business goals, and storytelling. 
    • Mentor junior designers or contractors as needed, ensuring high-quality output across the team.  
    • Help evolve and refine processes to keep our design workflows efficient and scalable.
