In this strategic position, Laura will lead Room 8 Group’s global operations,   enabling the company to achieve its goals and increase profitability through a focus on optimization of processes and transformation of operations to one unified approach.

Over the last decade Laura has focused on roles delivering global expansion and operational transformation. She is also an executive coach with a strong passion for developing teams and creating high-performing cultures.
