Sonia brings over two decades of experience in leading and transforming organizations, having previously served as Group COO and Interim CEO at Keywords Studios and as a Senior Advisor to private equity firms. Her expertise includes advising on strategic investments in the gaming, entertainment, and tech services sectors. Sonia possesses a profound understanding of market dynamics, trends, and opportunities, with clear strategic vision.

It’s worth noting that Room 8 Group recently made some other key hires, including Jeaneane Falkler as Chief Revenue Officer, Julien Proux as the Executive Vice President of Art, and Nick Burns as the Head of Quality Assurance.
